Additional Rights Under the CCPA

The CCPA grants California residents the right to limit the use and disclosure of their "sensitive personal information" as defined under the statute, provided that such sensitive personal information is used for purposes beyond those considered necessary business purposes under the law. California residents should be aware that omgadrian inc. does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those business purposes for which the CCPA does not provide an opt-out right. Consequently, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information is not applicable to our current data processing practices.

California Shine the Light Law Notice

The California "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section 1798.83) grants residents of California the right, under certain circumstances and subject to specific limitations, to request information from businesses regarding the manner in which such businesses share certain categories of personal information, as defined in the Shine the Light law, with third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year.

California residents should be informed that omgadrian inc. does not engage in the practice of sharing personal information with third parties for such third parties' own direct marketing purposes. Therefore, there is no information available to provide in response to Shine the Light requests. Should our practices change in the future, we will update this Notice accordingly and provide the required disclosures to California residents.
